 EXPLANATION:
Deletes $800,000 in nonrecurring general revenue  to 
eliminate funding for the Advocating International 
Relationships category in the Office of Tourism, 
Trade and Economic Development and provides $800,000 
in nonrecurring general revenue funds for the  
Innovation Incentive Program in the Office of 
Tourism, Trade and Economic Development.
