 EXPLANATION:
Transfers $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
funds to the Economic Development Tools category in 
the Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic 
Development (OTTED) for the Florida Manufacturing 
Extension Partnership  and reduces the Innovation 
Incentive Program in OTTED by the same amount.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 2651, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2651, $500,000 in            
nonrecurring general revenue shall be provided to the Florida           
Manufacturing Extension Partnership for the purpose of leveraging       
federal and private resources for the support and delivery of services  
to the manufacturing community, which will provide economic stimulus    
through job creation and retention and assist Florida manufacturers to  
become more efficient and globally competitive.
