DELETE proviso following Specific Appropriation 179:

From   the   funds   in   Specific  Appropriation  179,  the  agency  is
authorized  to seek any necessary state plan amendment or federal waiver
to  include  mental  health services for juveniles in the evidence based
redirection program at the Department of Juvenile Justice. The agency is
authorized  to work with the Department of Juvenile Justice to develop a
match  program to fund Medicaid specialized mental health services using
existing funding within the Department of Juvenile Justice.

Insert proviso following Specific Appropriation 179:

From   the   funds   in   Specific  Appropriation  179,  the  agency  is
authorized  to seek any necessary state plan amendment or federal waiver
to  include  mental  health services for juveniles in the evidence based
redirection program at the Department of Juvenile Justice. The agency is
authorized  to work with the Department of Juvenile Justice to develop a

contingent upon the use of existing eligible matching funds within the 
Department of Juvenile Justice.
