Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1389, INSERT:

Of the funds in Specific Appropriation 1389, $50,000 from the General 
Inspection Trust Fund is provided for the Association of Florida 
Conservation Districts' contract for support services to all Florida's 
Soil and Water Conservation Districts.
