 EXPLANATION:
Provides $1,957,000 from the General Revenue Fund to 
support the development of the Neuroscience Centers 
of Florida facility for multi-cultural research and 
diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's, and 
Parkinson's diseases at the Florida International 
University.   Reduces $1,957,000 from the General 
Revenue Fund in the Hospital Inpatient Services 
appropriation category within the Agency for Health 
Care Administration.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 519A, INSERT:

Funds in Specific Appropriation 519A are provided to support the 
development of the Neuroscience Centers of Florida facility for 
multi-cultural research and diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's 
and Parkinson's disease at the Florida International University.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.
