The funding provided in Section 90 is contingent upon the enactment of
federal law which extends the enhanced Federal Medicaid Assistance
Percentage rate, as provided under the American Reinvestment and
Recovery Act (P.L. 111-5), from December 31, 2010, through June 30,
2011.
