    2         An act relating to a review of the Department of
    3         Children and Family Services under the Florida
    4         Government Accountability Act; expressing the
    5         legislative intent to abolish, continue, or reorganize
    6         the Department of Children and Family Services;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. The Legislature intends to abolish, continue, or
   12  reorganize the Department of Children and Family Services.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
