    2         An act relating to the regulation of health care
    3         facilities and services; expressing the legislative
    4         intent to revise laws relating to the regulation of
    5         health care facilities and services; providing an
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   11  to the regulation of health care facilities and services.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
