| 24 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 26 | Section 1. Kenneth H. "Buddy" MacKay and Jim H. Williams |
| 27 | Bridge designated; Department of Transportation to erect |
| 28 | suitable markers.- |
| 29 | (1) The bridge on S.W. 17th Street between S.W. 12th |
| 30 | Avenue and S. Pine Avenue in the City of Ocala in Marion County |
| 31 | is designated as "Kenneth H. 'Buddy' MacKay and Jim H. Williams |
| 32 | Bridge." |
| 33 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 34 | suitable markers designating the Kenneth H. "Buddy" MacKay and |
| 35 | Jim H. Williams Bridge as described in subsection (1). |
| 36 | Section 2. Michael G. Rippe Parkway designated; Department |
| 37 | of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 38 | (1) Upon its completion, that portion of State Road 739 in |
| 39 | Lee County between Six Mile Cypress Parkway and U.S. Highway |
| 40 | 41/Alico Road, known as the Metro Parkway Extension, is |
| 41 | designated as "Michael G. Rippe Parkway." |
| 42 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 43 | suitable markers designating Michael G. Rippe Parkway as |
| 44 | described in subsection (1). |
| 45 | Section 3. Doolittle Raiders Highway designated; |
| 46 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 47 | (1) That portion of State Road 285 between College |
| 48 | Boulevard in Okaloosa County and U.S. Highway 90 in Walton |
| 49 | County is designated as "Doolittle Raiders Highway." |
| 50 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 51 | suitable markers designating Doolittle Raiders Highway as |
| 52 | described in subsection (1). |
| 53 | Section 4. The Beach Highway designated; Department of |
| 54 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 55 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 331 between the Alabama |
| 56 | state line and U.S. Highway 98 in Walton County, including those |
| 57 | portions within incorporated areas of Walton County, is |
| 58 | designated as "The Beach Highway." |
| 59 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 60 | suitable markers designating The Beach Highway as described in |
| 61 | subsection (1). |
| 62 | Section 5. Seminole Way designated; Department of |
| 63 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 64 | (1) That portion of State Road 417 between Interstate 4 |
| 65 | and the Seminole County southern boundary in Seminole County is |
| 66 | designated as "Seminole Way." |
| 67 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 68 | suitable markers designating Seminole Way as described in |
| 69 | subsection (1). |
| 70 | Section 6. Judge Perry Wells Highway designated; |
| 71 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 72 | (1) That portion of State Road 277 between State Road 79 |
| 73 | and U.S. Highway 90/State Road 10/Jackson Avenue in Washington |
| 74 | County is designated as "Judge Perry Wells Highway." |
| 75 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 76 | suitable markers designating Judge Perry Wells Highway as |
| 77 | described in subsection (1). |
| 78 | Section 7. Vernon Bridge designated; Department of |
| 79 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 80 | (1) Upon completion of construction, Bridge #610147 and |
| 81 | Bridge #610146 on State Road 79 north of the City of Vernon in |
| 82 | Washington County are designated as "Vernon Bridge." |
| 83 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 84 | suitable markers designating Vernon Bridge as described in |
| 85 | subsection (1). |
| 86 | Section 8. Richard Raczkoski Memorial Highway designated; |
| 87 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 88 | (1) That portion of State Road 60 between 43rd Avenue in |
| 89 | Vero Beach and Interstate 95 in Indian River County is |
| 90 | designated as "Richard Raczkoski Memorial Highway." |
| 91 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 92 | suitable markers designating Richard Raczkoski Memorial Highway |
| 93 | as described in subsection (1). |
| 94 | Section 9. Cpl. Christopher Lee Poole, Jr., Memorial |
| 95 | Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect |

| 97 | (1) That portion of Old U.S. Highway 441 in the City of |

| 160 | (1) That portion of State Road 79 between U.S. Highway 98 |
| 161 | and B.V. Buchanan Bridge in West Bay in Bay County is designated |
| 162 | as "K. Earl Durden Highway." |

| 164 | suitable markers designating K. Earl Durden Highway as described |

| 166 | Section 17. Otis Beckford Memorial Highway designated; |

| 170 | is designated as "Otis Beckford Memorial Highway." |

| 174 | Section 18. Blue Star Memorial Highway designated; |
| 175 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 176 | (1) That portion of State Road 674 between U.S. Highway |
| 177 | 301/State Road 43 and Interstate 75/State Road 93A in |
| 178 | Hillsborough County is designated as "Blue Star Memorial |
| 179 | Highway." |
| 180 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 181 | suitable markers designating Blue Star Memorial Highway as |
| 182 | described in subsection (1). |
| 183 | Section 19. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010. |
