| 7 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 8 |
|
| 9 | Section 1. Julia Tuttle Way designated; Department of |
| 10 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 11 | (1) That portion of Biscayne Boulevard Way between S.E. |
| 12 | 2nd Avenue and U.S. 1 (Biscayne Boulevard) in Miami-Dade County |
| 13 | is designated as "Julia Tuttle Way." |
| 14 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 15 | suitable markers designating Julia Tuttle Way as described in |
| 16 | subsection (1). |
| 17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010. |
