    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to road designations; designating
    3         Julia Tuttle Way in Miami-Dade County; directing the
    4         Department of Transportation to erect markers;
    5         providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Julia Tuttle Way designated; Department of
   10  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   11         (1) That portion of Biscayne Boulevard Way between S.E. 2nd
   12  Avenue and U.S. 1 (Biscayne Boulevard) in Miami-Dade County is
   13  designated as “Julia Tuttle Way.”
   14         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   15  suitable markers designating Julia Tuttle Way as described in
   16  subsection (1).
   17         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
