    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to a review under the Open Government
    3         Sunset Review Act; repealing s. 741.3165(3), F.S.,
    4         relating to an exemption from public-records and
    5         public-meetings requirements for information held by a
    6         domestic violence fatality review team and for
    7         portions of meetings of a review team at which
    8         confidential or exempt information is discussed;
    9         saving the exemption from repeal under the Open
   10         Government Sunset Review Act; deleting provisions
   11         providing for repeal of the exemption; providing an
   12         effective date.

   14  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   15  
   16         Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 741.3165, Florida
   17  Statutes, is repealed.
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2010.
