2	A resolution recognizing June 2010 as "Recreational
3	Vehicle and Camping Month" in Florida.

5	WHEREAS, the recreational vehicle industry is celebrating
6	100 years of bringing enjoyment to Americans, and
7	WHEREAS, 1 in 12 American households owns a recreational
8	vehicle, allowing families to build stronger relationships and
9	explore the outdoors, and
10	WHEREAS, the use of recreational vehicles offers freedom,
11	comfort, and flexibility to explore many areas of the United
12	States, including historic landmarks and national and state
13	parks, and
14	WHEREAS, Florida ranks third in wholesale recreational
15	vehicle shipments and for 25 years has been the home to the
16	Florida RV SuperShow, the largest recreational vehicle show in
17	the country, and
18	WHEREAS, Florida consistently ranks as the nation's best
19	and most popular recreational vehicle and camping destination,
20	and
21	WHEREAS, more than 5 million people camp in Florida every
22	year, and
23	WHEREAS, 20 percent of all Florida travelers and campers,
24	visiting by automobile, arrive in a recreational vehicle, and
25	WHEREAS, the 100th Anniversary of the introduction of the
26	recreational vehicle into the American marketplace will be
27	celebrated June 7, 2010, at the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart,
28	Indiana, NOW, THEREFORE,

30	Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of
31	Florida:

33	That June 2010 is recognized as "Recreational Vehicle and
34	Camping Month" in Florida.
