1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to Marion County; repealing chapters 85-
3	466 and 88-459, Laws of Florida, relating to the levy of
4	special assessments for road and drainage improvements in
5	certain unincorporated areas; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
8
9	Section 1.  Chapters 85-466 and 88-459, Laws of Florida,
10	are repealed.
11	Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
