1	House Joint Resolution
2	A joint resolution establishing a new effective date for
3	Specific Appropriation 185 of chapter 2010-152, Laws of
4	Florida, an act making appropriations, which act was
5	passed by both houses of the Legislature during the 2010
6	Regular Session and thereafter Specific Appropriation 185
7	(SPECIAL CATEGORIES, GRANTS AND AIDS - SHANDS TEACHING
8	HOSPITAL, FROM GENERAL REVENUE FUND) of that act and the
9	proviso to that appropriation were vetoed by the Governor.

11	Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13	Pursuant to Section 9 of Article III of the State
14	Constitution, Specific Appropriation 185 of chapter 2010-152,
15	Laws of Florida, including the proviso to that appropriation,
16	enacted during the 2010 Regular Session of the Legislature,
17	shall take effect November 17, 2010, the veto of the Governor
18	notwithstanding.
