    1                       Senate Joint Resolution                     
    2         A joint resolution establishing a new effective date
    3         for House Bill 545, an act relating to residential
    4         property sales, which bill was passed by both houses
    5         of the Legislature during the 2010 Regular Session of
    6         the Legislature and thereafter vetoed by the Governor.

    8  Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Pursuant to Section 9 of Article III of the State
   11  Constitution, House Bill 545, enacted during the 2010 Regular
   12  Session of the Legislature, shall take effect November 17, 2010,
   13  the veto of the Governor notwithstanding.
