1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to oil spills affecting Florida coastal
3	areas; requiring certain entities to pay all expenses
4	related to specified legislative proceedings convened to
5	address matters directly related to any oil spill
6	affecting Florida coastal areas; providing an effective
7	date.

9	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11	Section 1.  Expenses incurred by the Legislature as a
12	result of the convening of any special session, special
13	committee, working group, or any other related governing body,
14	appointed by the Governor, the Speaker of the House of
15	Representatives, or the President of the Senate, the purpose of
16	which is to address matters directly related to an oil spill
17	affecting Florida coastal areas, shall be paid by any entity
18	responsible for the oil spill.
19	Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
