       Senator Bogdanoff moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 8365 and 8366
    4  insert:
    5         Section 71. Installation of fuel tank upgrades to secondary
    6  containment systems shall be completed by the deadlines
    7  specified in rule 62-761.510, Florida Administrative Code, Table
    8  UST. However, notwithstanding any agreement to the contrary, a
    9  fuel service station that changed ownership interest through a
   10  bona fide sale of the property between January 1, 2009, and
   11  December 31, 2009, is not required to complete the upgrades
   12  prescribed in rule 62-761.510, Florida Administrative Code,
   13  Table UST, until December 31, 2012. A fuel station owner who
   14  uses the deadline extension must provide to the Department of
   15  Environmental Protection by September 30, 2011, a list of fuel
   16  stations that qualify under this section.

   20         Delete line 185
   21  and insert:
   22         F.S.; making conforming changes; requiring that
   23         installation of fuel tank upgrades to secondary
   24         containment systems be completed by a certain
   25         deadline; providing an extension for the upgrades for
   26         any fuel service station that changed ownership
   27         interest during a specified period; requiring a
   28         station owner who uses the extension to provide a list
   29         of stations that qualify to the Department of
   30         Environmental Protection by a specified date;
   31         repealing
