       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Latvala) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (200064) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 179
    5  and insert:
    6  121.071 and part III of this chapter. Notwithstanding any other
    7  provision of law, the amount of employee retirement
    8  contributions for any member of the Regular Class or Special
    9  Risk Class may not exceed 2 percent of such member’s annual
   10  state compensation and the amount of employee retirement
   11  contributions for any member of the Senior Management Service
   12  Class or Elected Officers Class may not exceed 4 percent of such
   13  member’s annual state compensation.
