       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (200064) (with title
    2  amendment)

    5         Delete lines 3985 - 3997
    6  and insert:
    7         (3) Effective July 1, 2011, required employee retirement
    8  contribution rates for all members shall be 2 percent for gross
    9  compensation of up to $75,000, plus 4 percent for gross
   10  compensation that is equal to or greater than $75,000.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 4496 - 4499
   15  and insert:
   16         directly; basing the required employee contribution on
   17         the amount of gross compensation; specifying the
