       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 655 and 656
    4  insert:
    5         Section 13. This act does not permit any pari-mutuel
    6  facility in this state or in any governmental subdivision of
    7  this state to expand gambling activity in addition to those
    8  facilities that were authorized and operating as of March 1,
    9  2011.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 32
   14  and insert:
   15         a cardroom license; providing that the act does not
   16         permit any pari-mutuel facility or in any governmental
   17         subdivision to expand gambling activity in addition to
   18         those facilities that were authorized and operating as
   19         of March 1, 2011; providing an effective date.
