       (Benacquisto) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (764478) (with directory
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 55 - 58
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 15. Effective July 1, 2011, a driver of a motor
    7  vehicle who does not violate the then-existing provisions of s.
    8  316.613(1)(c), Florida Statutes, but whose conduct would violate
    9  that provision, as amended July 1, 2012, shall be issued a
