       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1413 and 1414
    4  insert:
    5         (3) A dealer of farm or industrial equipment, as those
    6  terms are used in s. 493.6101(22), conducting a repossession of
    7  such equipment is not subject to licensure as a recovery agent
    8  or recovery agency if such dealer is regularly engaged in the
    9  sale of such equipment for a particular manufacturer and the
   10  lender is affiliated with that manufacturer.
