       Senator Wise moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1841 and 1842
    4  insert:
    5         Section 39. Paragraph (e) of subsection (4) of section
    6  320.08068, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         320.08068 Motorcycle specialty license plates.—
    8         (4) A license plate annual use fee of $20 shall be
    9  collected for each motorcycle specialty license plate. Annual
   10  use fees shall be distributed to The Able Trust as custodial
   11  agent. The Able Trust may retain a maximum of 10 percent of the
   12  proceeds from the sale of the license plate for administrative
   13  costs. The Able Trust shall distribute the remaining funds as
   14  follows:
   15         (e) Twenty percent to the Florida Association of Centers
   16  for Independent Living to be used to leverage additional funding
   17  and new sources of revenue for the centers for independent
   18  living in this state.
