       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Storms)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 31 - 38
    4  and insert:
    5  services for more than 10 consecutive years.
    6         (b) Participates in a nationally recognized accreditation
    7  program and holds a valid accreditation, such as the
    8  accreditation awarded by the Community Health Accreditation
    9  Program.
   10         (c) Has been in business in this state for a minimum of 20
