       Senator Siplin moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 48
    4  and insert:
    5  dredge and fill permit issued pursuant to chapter 403. This
    6  exemption applies retroactively to July 1, 1984.

   11  insert:
