       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with ballot amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 23 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) An expenditure required by federal law;
    6         (2) A case in which a woman suffers from a physical
    7  disorder, physical injury, or physical illness, including a
    8  life-endangering, physical condition caused by or arising from
    9  the pregnancy itself, which would, as certified by a physician,
   10  place the woman in danger of death unless an abortion is
   11  performed; or
   12         (3) A pregnancy that results from rape or incest.

   15  And the ballot statement is amended as follows:

   17         Delete lines 38 - 40
   18  and insert:

   20  prohibition does not apply to an expenditure required by federal

   23  danger of death unless an abortion is performed, or a case of
   24  rape or incest.
