       The Committee on Budget (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 2959 and 2960
    4  insert:
    5         Section 58. Paragraph (d) of subsection (2) of section
    6  318.18, Florida Statutes, is amended, and subsection (22) is
    7  added to that section, to read:
    8         318.18 Amount of penalties.—The penalties required for a
    9  noncriminal disposition pursuant to s. 318.14 or a criminal
   10  offense listed in s. 318.17 are as follows:
   11         (2) Thirty dollars for all nonmoving traffic violations
   12  and:
   13         (d) For all violations of s. 316.126(1)(b), unless
   14  otherwise specified.
   15         (22) Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the
   16  total fine for all violations of s. 316.126(1)(b) is $100.
