10 | learned of subsequent to its occurrence to local law enforcement |
11 | prior to reporting the conduct to the employer, a supervisor, or |
12 | a director. Every effort must be made to preserve all evidence |
13 | relating to the crime. Any person who destroys evidence commits |
14 | a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. |
