       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (675180) (with directory
    2  and title amendments)
    3  
    4         Between lines 4252 and 4253
    5  insert:
    6         (30) The sale, purchase, manufacture, delivery,
    7  importation, administration, or distribution of any human
    8  vaccine used for children younger than age 7 or pregnant women
    9  which contain any organic or inorganic mercury compound in
   10  excess of 0.3 micrograms per milliliter.

   13         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 4239 - 4240
   15  and insert:
   16         Section 110. Subsection (21) of section 499.005, Florida
   17  Statutes is amended, and subsection(30) is added to that
   18  section, to read:

   21         And the title is amended as follows:
   22         Delete line 5038
   23  and insert:
   24         organization, to conform to changes made by the act;
   25         prohibiting the sale, purchase, manufacture, delivery,

   28         mercury compounds in excess of a specified amount;
