       Senator Diaz de la Portilla moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (258560) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 4643 and 4644
    5  insert:
    6         Section 120. Specific Appropriation 175 in section 3 of SB
    7  2000, 2nd Engrossed, as enacted in the 2011 Regular Session of
    8  the Legislature, which relates to the competitive procurement of
    9  a statewide managed disposable incontinence medical supply
   10  program in the Florida Medicaid program is hereby repealed.

   14         Delete line 5095
   15  and insert:
   16         providing a definition; repealing Specific
   17         Appropriation 175 in section 3 of SB 2000, 2nd Eng.,

   19         managed disposable incontinence medical supply program
   20         in the Florida Medicaid program; amending s. 766.110,
   21         F.S.;
