       Senator Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (258560) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 4652 and 4653
    5  insert:
    6         Section 121. Notwithstanding any provisions of law which
    7  modify s. 409.905(5)(c), Florida Statutes, and are enacted
    8  subsequently or prior to this act becoming law, the provisions
    9  of s. 409.905(5)(c), Florida Statutes, in effect on January 1,
   10  2011, shall remain in effect until July 1, 2012.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 5100
   15  and insert:
   16         committee; providing that s. 409.905(5)(c), F.S., in
   17         effect on January 1, 2011, shall remain in effect
   18         until a specified date notwithstanding other
   19         provisions of law; providing an effective date.
