       The Committee on Rules (Smith) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 589 - 593
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) Notwithstanding s. 440.381(3), premium audits are not
    6  required for workers’ compensation coverage, except as provided
    7  by the insurance policy, by an order of the office, or at least
    8  once per policy period if requested by the insured.
