       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Dean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 138 - 142
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) The department shall establish a limited certificate
    6  authorizing individual commercial wildlife trapper personnel to
    7  use nonchemical methods, including traps, mechanical or
    8  electronic devices, or exclusionary techniques to control
    9  commensal rodents.
