       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on General Government
       Appropriations (Latvala) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 174 - 176
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) A person licensed or certified under this chapter who
    6  practices accepted pest control methods is immune from liability
    7  under s. 828.12.
    8
