       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Wise) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Between lines 403 and 404
    5  insert:
    6         Section 10. Subsection (2) of section 287.056, Florida
    7  Statutes, is repealed.
    8         Section 11. Section 45 of chapter 2010-151, Laws of
    9  Florida, is amended to read:
   10         Section 45. Contracts for academic program reviews,
   11  auditing services, health services, or Medicaid services are
   12  subject to the transaction or user fees imposed under ss.
   13  287.042(1)(h) and 287.057(22), Florida Statutes, only to the
   14  extent that such contracts were not subject to such transaction
   15  or user fees before July 1, 2010.
