       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Wise) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 168 - 175
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) In order to administer the real estate and other
    6  investment portfolios as provided in s. 215.47 and to carry out
    7  such other duties of the State Board of Administration set out
    8  in law, the board may enter into contracts and such other
    9  agreements as necessary to carry out the duties of the board.
   10         (6) Any contract or agreement in violation of this section
   11  is null and void.
   12         (7)(2) Any public officer or employee person who willfully
