       The Committee on Budget (Alexander) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 169 - 171
    4  and insert:
    5  the state to pay more than $1 million over the term of the lease
    6  or agreement if the term of the lease or agreement exceeds 1
    7  fiscal year unless the project or procurement is expressly
    8  
    9         Delete lines 250 - 253
   10  and insert:
   11         (b) “This contract may be terminated by the state, upon 90
   12  days’ written notice if properly procured or 10 days’ written
   13  notice if improperly procured, if funding for this contract is
   14  specifically eliminated pursuant to a deficit reduction plan
