       Senator Benacquisto moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 144 and 145
    4  insert:
    5         (f) Effective July 1, 2011, notwithstanding paragraph
    6  (2)(k), the office may reduce the local financial support
    7  requirements of this section by one-half for a qualified target
    8  industry business located in Bay, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden,
    9  Gulf, Jefferson, Leon, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Wakulla, or Walton
   10  County, if the office determines that such reduction of the
   11  local financial support requirements is in the best interest of
   12  the state and facilitates economic development, growth, or new
   13  employment opportunities in such county. This paragraph expires
   14  June 30, 2014.

   17         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   18         Delete line 15
   19  and insert:
   20  amended, present paragraph (f) of subsection (4) is redesignated
   21  as paragraph (g), and a new paragraph (f) is added to that
   22  subsection, to read:

   25         And the title is amended as follows:
   26         Delete line 9
   27  and insert:
   28         calculation; authorizing a reduction in the local
   29         financial support requirements for qualified target
