       Senator Montford moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 144 and 145
    4  insert:
    5         (f) Effective July 1, 2011, notwithstanding paragraph
    6  (2)(k), the office may reduce the local financial support
    7  requirements of this section by one-half for a qualified target
    8  industry business located in Bay County, Escambia County,
    9  Franklin County, Gadsden County, Gulf County, Jefferson County,
   10  Leon County, Okaloosa County, Santa Rosa County, Wakulla County,
   11  or Walton County if the office determines that such reduction of
   12  the local financial support requirements is in the best interest
   13  of the state and facilitates economic development, growth, or
   14  new employment opportunities in such county. This paragraph
   15  expires June 30, 2014.

   18         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   19         Delete line 15
   20  and insert:
   21  amended, present paragraph (f) of subsection (4) of that section
   22  is redesignated as paragraph (g), and a new paragraph (f) is
   23  added to that subsection, to read:

   26         And the title is amended as follows:
   27         Delete line 9
   28  and insert:
   29         calculation; authorizing a reduction in the local
   30         financial support requirements for qualified target
   31         industry businesses located in specified counties
   32         under certain circumstances; providing for future
   33         expiration; providing an effective date.
