    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1693 and 1694
    4  insert:
    5         Section 59. Subsection (8) of section 14.31, Florida
    6  Statutes, is repealed.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 142
   11  and insert:
   12         Services; repealing s. 14.31(8), F.S.; abrogating the
   13         repeal of provisions governing the Florida Faith-based
   14         and Community-based Advisory Council; providing an
   15         effective date.
