       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Detert)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (148444) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 66 - 70
    4  and insert:
    5  require a 25-percent match of funds. Program funds also may be
    6  used by the Seaport Transportation and Economic Development
    7  Council to develop with the Florida Trade Data Center such trade
    8  data information products which will assist Florida’s seaports
    9  and international trade.
