       Senator Joyner moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (404618) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 1321 - 1325
    5  and insert:
    6         (b) Except for an active uniformed services voter, a member
    7  of the active uniformed services voter’s family, or a college or
    8  university student, an elector whose change of address is from
    9  outside the county may not change his or her legal residence at
   10  the polling place and vote a regular ballot; however, such
   11  elector is entitled to vote a provisional ballot.
