    5  insert:
    6         Section 13. Section 99.014, Florida Statutes, is created to
    7  read:
    8         99.014 Election to a federal office.—The term of an
    9  officer, as defined in s. 99.012, who is elected to a federal
   10  office terminates after the time expires to contest the
   11  certificate of election or after the contest of an election is
   12  concluded, whichever is later.

   16         Delete line 4000
   17  and insert:
   18         complies with certain requirements; creating s.
   19         99.014, F.S.; providing for the expiration of the term
