       Senator Hill moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (404618) (with title
    2  amendment)

    5         Delete lines 3151 - 3153
    6  and insert:
    7         Section 61. Paragraph (c) of subsection (3) and paragraph
    8  (b) of subsection (6) of section 106.08, Florida Statutes, are
    9  amended, and paragraph (c) is added to subsection (2) of that
   10  section, to read:
   11         106.08 Contributions; limitations on.—
   12         (2)
   13         (c) A member of the Legislature or a statewide elected
   14  official who is seeking to qualify for nomination or election to
   15  federal office may not solicit or accept any campaign
   16  contributions during the 60-day regular legislative session or
   17  any extended or special session.
