       Senator Sachs moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (404618) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 3398 - 3403
    5  and insert:
    6  affiliation. A political advertisement of a candidate running
    7  for nonpartisan office may not state the candidate’s political
    8  party affiliation. This section does not prohibit a political
    9  advertisement from stating the candidate’s partisan-related
   10  experience; however, a judicial candidate’s political
   11  advertisement may not state his or her partisan-related
   12  experience. A candidate for nonpartisan office is prohibited
   13  from campaigning based on party affiliation.
