    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (404618) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 1258
    5  and insert:
    6         (b) When an elector presents his or her picture
    7  identification to the clerk or inspector and the elector’s
    8  address on the picture identification matches the elector’s
    9  address in the supervisor’s records, the elector may not be
   10  asked to provide additional information or to recite his or her
   11  home address. If the picture identification does not contain the
   12
