| 5 | (c) In addition to the requirements of paragraph (a): |
| 6 | 1. Each political committee or electioneering |
| 7 | communications organization report shall also include the name |
| 8 | of the candidate on whose behalf the expenditure was made if any |
| 9 | expenditure was made to or for any communications media that |
| 10 | depicted a candidate or a candidate's opponent in either a |
| 11 | primary or general election. If the communication depicted more |
| 12 | than one candidate, the expenditure shall be divided evenly |
| 13 | among the depicted candidates. |
| 14 | 2. Each electioneering communications organization report |
| 15 | shall also include a certification of whether the expenditure |
| 16 | was coordinated as provided in s. 106.011 if an electioneering |
| 17 | communications organization made any expenditure. |
