       Senators Latvala and Alexander moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (302038) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 2038 and 2039
    5  insert:
    6         Section 36. All Department of Transportation or Turnpike
    7  Enterprise projects on lands located within the Peace Creek
    8  Watershed shall be mitigated, to the extent feasible within the
    9  watershed, through the Surface Water Improvement And Management
   10  Program or public or private mitigation banks approved by the
   11  applicable water management district, or by any other form of
   12  mitigation approved by the water management district to mitigate
   13  the transportation project impacts.

   17         Between lines 3804 and 3805
   18  insert:
   19         requiring transportation projects located in the Peace
