       Senator Bogdanoff moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (302038) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 3242 and 3243
    5  insert:
    6         Section 72. Installation of fuel tank upgrades to secondary
    7  containment systems shall be completed by the deadlines
    8  specified in rule 62-761.510, Florida Administrative Code, Table
    9  UST. However, notwithstanding any agreement to the contrary, a
   10  fuel service station that changed ownership interest through a
   11  bona fide sale of the property between January 1, 2009, and
   12  December 31, 2009, is not required to complete the upgrades
   13  prescribed in rule 62-761.510, Florida Administrative Code,
   14  Table UST, until December 31, 2012. A fuel station owner who
   15  uses the deadline extension must provide to the Department of
   16  Environmental Protection by September 30, 2011, a list of fuel
   17  stations that qualify under this section.
